Accept is a verb that means to admit or receive as true



Accept =يقبل او يوافق



مثال:

I accepted my friend's invitation وافقت على دعوة صديقى



My offer was immediately accepted لقد قبل عرضى على الفور



He asked her to marry him, and she accepted لقد طلب منها الزواج فوافقت

Except is a preposition that means "excluding



1-Except هى حرف جر تعنى =ماعدا



مثال

I know everyone Except him اعرف الجميع ماعدا هو

He bought a gift for everyone Except me لقد اشترى هدايا للجميع ماعدا أنا

Except is a conjunction that means "other than " or "if not for the fact that



2-ايضا Except هى اداة ربط او عطف بمعنى" اذا لم يكن " او "غير"

I'll come tomorrow , Except I am busy سآتى غدا إلا لو كنت مشغولا

He never calls me Except for borrowing money لا يتصل بى إلا للاقتراض
